Amy B., PT

Amy has earned a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Augustine Health Sciences, Institute for Physical Therapy, St. Augustine, Florida in 1998. She is licensed in Massachusetts, District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland.

Amy has held many rolls for several healthcare facilities and organizations. She has provided physical therapy for inpatient  hospital population from all departments including: emergency room, medical/surgical, geriatric orthopedic and neurological.


Brian C., PTA

Brian earned an Associates Degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Physical Therapy from Fisher Junior College in 2001. He specializes in the area of orthopedics and manual therapy.

"I always knew that I wanted to be involved with healthcare, because all my life, I've always wanted to do something to help others. When I discovered physical therapy, I knew I had found the right field for me."


Chad G., PT, DPT

Graduated in 2000 with a Masters of Physical Therapy from Husson University in Bangor Maine. I have experience with treating patients in a number of settings including inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing and home health care services. Recently in August of 09 Graduated from the transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program at Husson University and look forward to using this education to enhance the quality of care of the patients treated at national physical therapy.

"I've come to appreciate physical therapy even more over the years because it's so positive. Helping people get out of pain, boosting their mobility, giving them support and understanding - these are the most rewarding aspects of what I do. I'm so committed to it because it's all about helping people feel better so that they can get back to living their lives."


Martha M., PT

Martha has earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 1981.  In addition, Martha has enhanced her education and training at the Institute at Mass General Hospital and by taking Stanley Paris Manual Therapy courses.
